INTRODUCTION

JOE IGBURUKE & CO (Chartered Accountants) is a medium size Audit firm of reputable Accountants licensed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) to carry out Audit, Accountancy and Management Consultancy services under Nigerian enabling laws. The firm has been involved in aforementioned services due to the wealth of experience of the partners in the course of their services in the field of practice and allied.

The firm is comprised of three (3) Partners, four (4) Senior managers, Thirty (30) Senior Professional Consultants, and twenty one (21) audit staff plus over Two hundred (200) well trained and profiled adhoc personnel for stock count when the needs arises. Apart from the
partners and Managers who are qualified accountants, all the consultants are also qualified Accountants.

The firm have passion for making the young graduates as professionals in the field of Accounting and Consulting by bridging the gap between theory and practice by providing a platform to acquire necessary industrial skills, practical experience, and work techniques.

We have an appetite for progress. We strive to exceed our clients’ expectations by being responsive, by being creative and by going the extra mile to deliver superior outcomes.

The firm aims to prepare students, Industrial attachments, on periodic basis for the workforce and enhance employment opportunities. In this regard, priority is given to females up to 60 percent while male 40 percent.

In 2024 and 2025, the total numbers of students engaged for the Six (6) months intership were 32. It is expected that this number will increase on yearly basis.
